Junior Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking to build a career in commercial real estate under the mentorship of experienced leadership

Position Overview

The Junior Property Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office, industrial, and retail assets. Working closely with the Director of Property Management, this individual will assist with tenant communications, vendor coordination, lease administration, and property operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and clients; respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
  • Assist with lease administration tasks such as lease abstracts, renewals, and compliance tracking
  • Conduct regular property inspections to monitor conditions and ensure lease compliance
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including communication and documentation
  • Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors
  • Monitor property systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and report any deficiencies
  • Coordinate required inspections to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Partner with the accounting team to assist with financial tasks including rent collection, invoice approvals, and expense tracking
  • Support vendor management, including janitorial, landscaping, and maintenance services

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in commercial property management, real estate, or a related customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or other property management software is a plus
  • Basic understanding of commercial leases and property regulations (preferred)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Role includes both office work and on-site visits to properties; reliable transportation required
  • Standard business hours with occasional evening or weekend responsibilities based on operational needs

Full-Time Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our Building Services team and support the ongoing care and upkeep of our managed properties.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day building maintenance and minor repairs across our commercial property portfolio. This individual must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to uphold the high standards our clients expect

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete maintenance work orders as assigned by the Building Services Manager
  • Record labor time, materials used, and work performed through our mobile maintenance app
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, lighting, and general repairs
  • Replace light bulbs, ballasts, and ceiling tiles
  • Repair and replace door hardware as needed
  • Conduct inspections of emergency lighting and fire extinguishers
  • Perform site cleanings of grounds and parking lots
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and report maintenance issues
  • Participate in on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Support additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in building maintenance or similar trade (preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and general knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, lighting, and basic electrical systems
  • Ability to perform drywall repair and painting
  • Experience with door hardware replacement and repairs
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in demeanor
  • Availability for on-call schedule is required

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician will work independently to troubleshoot and resolve routine maintenance issues across our portfolio of commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone with a background in maintenance, custodial services, or general repairs who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders as assigned by the Building Services Manager
  • Use our mobile maintenance app to document time, materials used, and work performed
  • Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance such as painting, drywall touch-ups, property cleanings, and general site inspections
  • Identify, report, and escalate larger maintenance issues as needed
  • Support other tasks and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ year of maintenance, custodial, or handyman experience (preferred)
  • General knowledge of commercial property maintenance
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic issues independently
  • Basic painting and drywall repair skills
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling between sites

  • Support occasional special projects or seasonal prep work as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in building maintenance, custodial work, or general handyman services (preferred)
  • General knowledge of commercial building systems and upkeep

Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our Accounting Department. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate billing and rent collection for our managed property portfolio.

Position Overview

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for assisting with the processing of incoming payments, monthly rent billing, and tenant communications related to collections and billing questions. This position requires accuracy, discretion, and the ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Process incoming payments, including deposits, posting checks, ACH payments, and wires into the Yardi property management system
  • Update internal checkbooks and complete bank runs as necessary
  • Post monthly rent roll billings for all full-service managed properties
  • Email or mail rent statements and work order billings to tenants as needed
  • Calculate and bill utility charges, miscellaneous reimbursements, and late fees to tenants
  • Follow up on past-due accounts with collection emails and calls
  • Post leasing commission billings as needed
  • Track and bill back quarterly expenses such as postage, mileage, and miscellaneous charges

Qualifications

  • 2+ year of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting support role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Yardi property management software is a plus
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with tenants, clients, and internal
    departments
